Utilizing the computerized Production Information System (SPC) implemented in April 2006, raw plate inspection is conducted from the moment raw materials are received, and only the approved materials are registered in the system.

This means that the entire process, from order to delivery, is governed by a programmed process where all production activities—including manufacturing instructions, specification checks during the production stage, and quality inspections—are computed and processed by a computer. This processed information is then fed back to the production equipment for reconfirmation, ensuring that only products that pass all inspection stages are manufactured.

Information such as the current status of production equipment, manufacturing data of processed goods, production yield, and factors causing defects at the manufacturing plant are calculated and controlled by a program established on the computer, ensuring that high-quality products are delivered to customers on time.

ACE Safety Glass aims for a defect rate of less than 100 PPM (Parts Per Million) through the computerization of production information, and we continually strive to impress our customers.
